The "Ultra-Precision Hot Plate" is an industrial product that achieves a temperature distribution difference on the plate surface of ±1°C or less (with a distribution accuracy of 0.1°C at 100°C). It boasts an outstanding heating speed, requiring only 35 minutes to reach 400°C. The size of the hot plate can be produced at 250×150mm or larger.
